Because not everything in life is black and white, today we encourage you to go for grey!

Far from being a boring or "bland" colour, grey has many possibilities. To begin with, the wide range of shades. And there is not just one grey: we have pearl grey, cloud grey, snow grey, sand grey, smoke grey..

But let's go further. The design of the fronts, its combination with the materials of other elements in the kitchen, such as worktops or tables, can make grey fit in with any style, from minimal to rustic.

Its neutral essence makes it a perfect alternative for those who are tired of white kitchens but don't want to take risks with vibrant colours.

To prove it to you, today we bring you four examples of kitchen studios that use our furniture for their projects.

    get ideas!

    Sistema Cuina

    Minimalist style

Clean and simple design, with clear lines... but very studied! This is how we could define this Sistema Cuina project.

Sometimes, what appears to be the simplest is the most studied. If we take a look at what looks like a very minimalist kitchen, it is full of details.

Starting with the use of space, with floor-to-ceiling columns and tall, shallow units above the window.

The furniture, in light shades of grey, is able to create a much warmer atmosphere than would be possible with white furniture. The combination with black marble-effect wall tiles with a marked grain, which reinforces the organic touch provided by the wooden floor, is a great success.

And since it's the details that matter, we couldn't miss those black gola profiles, which give depth to the whole.

    Rivas Sánchez Carpinteros

    Neutral atmospheres

Something similar has been done by our distributor Rivas Sánchez Carpinteros by choosing the pearl grey tone of our Berlin model.

Combined with the Amazonas model, with an oak wood effect finish, it creates a very cosy atmosphere. The extra point of clarity is brought by the worktop and top in white marble effect with grey veining.

A great option if you find white too cold for your kitchen furniture.

    LG Agencement

    Urban style

If you're looking for a sober, urban feel with a hint of industrial flair, we hope this kitchen will inspire you.

It is a project by our French distributor LG Agencement in which he has chosen the smoked tone as the base for this kitchen with a double peninsula (a very effective way of delimiting a rectangular and completely open space)

From this colour, he has included other elements in different shades of grey, such as the wall cladding or the stools, both with a metallic effect.

To lighten this industrial air, he has also opted to include organic materials, such as wood for the bar.

Estudio de interiorismo MGN y Santarua

    Cosy grey

Finally, we present a kitchen designed by the tandem formed by the interior design studio MGN and Santarua.

We love the way they have integrated our Calpe model in grey into the design. This model has a direct handle or finger-nail, created through a recess in the edge and therefore, they keep a uniform aesthetic with the material and finish of the door.

This type of handle, which is usually seen in more minimalist and even cold kitchens, works as a simple counterpoint to the warm combination of finishes: grey, wood and white marble.

what do you think, do you still think all grey kitchens are the same?
